- 1 cup Flaxseed, Ground
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 1 medium Orange
- 1 cup Sugar
- ¼ cups Maple Syrup, Sugar Free
- 1 cup Buttermilk, Low-Fat
- ½ cups Applesauce
- 4 individual Egg White
