  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 pounds Ground Pork
  • 1/2 cups grate Carrot
  • 1/2 cups grate Zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 individual Egg
  • 3/4 cups Bread Crumbs, Gluten Free
  • 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cups Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoons Marjoram

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, grated carrot, grated zucchini, balsamic vinegar, egg, gluten free bread crumbs, nutmeg, cinnamon and sea salt.
  2. Press mixture into a standard sized loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl combine dijon mustard, maple syrup and marjoram. Brush on top of meatloaf.
  4. Return to bake for an additional 15 minutes.

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, grated carrot, grated zucchini, balsamic vinegar, egg, gluten free bread crumbs, nutmeg, cinnamon and sea salt.
  2. Divide mixture into standard sized loaf pans. Cover with foil.
  3. In a bowl combine dijon mustard, maple syrup and marjoram. Divide among quart bags.
  4. Label and freeze both containers.
