Join the discussionDo these meals need to be defrosted before they go in the slow cooker, or do they go in frozen?
Meals for the slow cooker must be defrosted. Otherwise they sit in the “danger temperature zone” for too long.
How long can these stay in the freezer for?
Here’s a helpful post: https://onceamonthmeals.com/support/how-long-do-meals-last-in-the-freezer/
Is tapioca really necessary to the recipe?
It helps to thicken it up but wouldn’t have to be there if you don’t like it or can’t find it.
Thanks for this answer!
