Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Place wings on a greased baking sheet
  2. Bake wings at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and remove all the liquid from the pan. Turn wings over then return to oven for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a sauce pan.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Simmer for 10-15 minutes to let the alcohol cook off.
  7. Place the wings in the sauce and gently stir to coat the chicken.
  8. Let cool.
  9. Divide the wings among indicated number of gallon bags.
  10. Seal, label and freeze.
