Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a bowl, mix together ground beef, evaporated milk, oats, eggs, onion powder #1, garlic powder #1, salt, pepper and chili powder.
- Form into 2 inch meatballs and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Flash freeze.
- Mix together onion powder #2, ketchup, maple syrup, garlic powder #2, tomato sauce and liquid smoke.
- Divide sauce among indicated number of quart freezer bags.
- Place one sauce bag inside each gallon meatball bag. Label and freeze.
