  1. Is this right? Freeze diced cucumber and fresh grape tomatoes? Seems to me like those would be added on serving day due to the consistency change, wouldn’t they?
    Has anyone tried this after freezing?

    1. It does change the consistency a bit – so if you prefer to add them on serving day to preserve this – then definitely do that. You know your preference!
