Why would I want to freeze this?
- Pulse cashews in a food processor until the pieces are somewhat uniform in size. Some larger chunks may remain.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until most of the mixture is spinning in the processor in one lump.
- Pinch off chunks of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Place balls on a parchment lined baking sheet. Flash freeze.
- Divide the balls among the indicated number of freezer bags.
- Seal, label and freeze.
