- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- 1 1/3 cups peel and slice Banana
- 1 individual Pie Crust, 9-inch, Frozen

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Combine sugar, flour, and salt in deep glass mixing bowl.
- Add egg yolks and milk, then beat with a whisk until smooth.
- Microwave at full power 8 minutes, stirring 3 times. (I set the microwave for 2-minute intervals.)
- Remove from microwave, and stir in vanilla and butter.
- Place sliced bananas in bottom of the baked pie shell.
- Pour filling into pie shell on top of bananas.
