Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/3 cups Flour, All-Purpose
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 individual Egg Yolk
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 1/3 cups peel and slice Banana
  • 1 individual Pie Crust, 9-inch, Frozen

  1. Combine sugar, flour, and salt in deep glass mixing bowl.
  2. Add egg yolks and milk, then beat with a whisk until smooth.
  3. Microwave at full power 8 minutes, stirring 3 times. (I set the microwave for 2-minute intervals.)
  4. Remove from microwave, and stir in vanilla and butter.
  5. Place sliced bananas in bottom of the baked pie shell.
  6. Pour filling into pie shell on top of bananas.
