These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, pizza sauce, saltine crumbs, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese #1, salt, oregano, and pepper. Add beef and pork and mix well.
- Divide mixture among greased muffin wells.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

- Bake an additional 5 minutes.
