Mini Pizza Meatloaves

Ingredients

  • 2 individual beat Egg
  • ¾ cups Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup crush Crackers, Saltine (Square)
  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • ¼ cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded #1
  • 1 teaspoon Season Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, Dried
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • ¼ cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded #2

Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. In a large bowl, combine eggs, pizza sauce, saltine crumbs, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese #1, salt, oregano, and pepper. Add beef and pork and mix well.
  2. Divide mixture among greased muffin wells.
  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  4. Divide mozzarella cheese #2 on top of each loaf.
  5. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
