  • ½ cups grate Zucchini
  • ⅔ cups grate Carrot
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • ½ cups peel and grate Sweet Potato
  • 3 individual Egg
  • ⅓ cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ⅔ cups chop Deli Ham, Sliced

  5. After frozen, divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags. Label and freeze.
