    1. Miranda – I ended up just using Instant Coffee…because it is what I had on hand. Whatever you use, it needs to be the Instant kind…so that it is drinkable when the hot water is added. Hope this makes sense! And Enjoy! Lisa

  1. Thank you! I’ve been looking for a recipe like this one that is milk free. It’s Wonderful! I’ve kept the cinnamon and tried with a splash of hazelnut syrup. It is great.
