Moist and Delicious Banana Blueberry Muffins

  • 1 1/2 cups Flour, Whole Wheat
  • 1/2 cups Flour, All-Purpose
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 individual beat Egg
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 2/3 cups peel and mash Banana
  • 7 ounces Blueberries, Frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

  2. Make a well in the center and add the buttermilk, egg, olive oil and bananas.
