Join the discussionIs the garlic called for minced fresh garlic, or garlic powder?
Megan – I prefer to use garlic powder, as my family is picky about anything “chunky” in their sandwiches – but minced garlic would work as well.
Is the ground beef supposed to be cups or lbs?
Cups is correct. 1 1/2 cups works out to be about 3/4 of a pound.
