Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. You may need to play with the amount of things to achieve the texture you desire.
  3. The texture is a little crumbly, but they do end up setting up and holding together! Depending on how drippy your peanut butter is and how much honey you use, you might need to adjust! If it’s too wet, add more almond flour or oats. If it’s too dry, add a splash of water or more applesauce!
  4. Using a small or medium cookie scooper, scoop the dough out into balls and place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
  5. Flash freeze.
  6. Divide among indicated number of bags. Seal, label and freeze.
