Why would I want to freeze this?
- Remove the foil from each chocolate kiss.
- Heat the sugar and corn syrup in a pan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Turn the heat to low. Stir in the peanut butter.
- Remove from the heat and add the cereal. Stir until combined.
- Using a small cookie scoop, quickly scoop a few cookies at a time onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Add the chocolate kiss to each cookie using your fingers to form the cookie around the bottom edge of the kiss.
- Repeat, working quickly before the cookie mixture cools and hardens.
- Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze.
