Why would I want to freeze this?
- Combine the oats, protein powder, baking powder, and brown sugar.
- Mix in the peanut butter, eggs and vanilla until completely combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop in 2 tablespoon sized portions onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
