- 3 individual Eggs #2
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 24 fluid ounces Marinara Sauce

Freeze For Later Cooking Directions
These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).
Why would I want to freeze this?
- Sprinkle eggplant with sea salt #1.
- Allow eggplant to sit for an hour.
- Meanwhile, combine beef, pork, garlic, parsley, sea salt #2, pepper, and eggs #1 in bowl.
- Form meat into balls.
- Cover baking sheet with foil. Cover foil with coconut oil #1.
- Place meatballs on foil. Cook at 350F for 30-45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, grease another baking sheet with coconut oil #2.
- Combine eggs #2 and water in bowl.
- Rinse salt off of eggplant
- Dip eggplant into egg wash, then place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F, until eggplant browns, about 20 minutes.
- Cut meatballs in half.
- Pour marinara sauce on bottom of indicated number of pans and top sauce with eggplant, meatballs, and basil, Repeat until all eggplant is used.
- Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and garnish with basil.
- Cover with foil, label, and freeze.
