These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat cooked ground beef.
  2. Add in steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add in bacon and queso blanco cheese cubes and allow to melt.
  4. Divide the meat mixture among egg roll wrappers, top with 1-2T of shredded cheese, and roll up according to package directions.
  5. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  6. Place egg rolls on baking sheet and spray lightly with the cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 mins, turning once halfway through, until brown and crispy.
