  1. I’m going to try this one tonight. I’m going to cook one for us for dinner and make the other alongside it to freeze for later. I’m also going to add some cauliflower powder to the queso (so I probably won’t fully drain the beans) to add more nutrients.

      1. This was really great tasting. We both really liked it. Then I found out a lot of foods I can’t eat including most of these ingredients. We are going to have the second one for dinner (I’ll manage) and then we’ll have to let this one go. 🙁
