  1. I make a version of this and it’s delicious! I add in mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, and baby spinach! Must eat all the veggies πŸ˜‰

  2. Any suggestions on what to serve with this? I was thinking steamed cabbage but am looking for other options. Thanks!

    1. Shanna – This is a hearty skillet meal, but I do like your idea of cabbage. I would probably serve with a lettuce/greens salad or a fruit salad.

  3. I used low fat ground pork from my Father-in-law’s farm did the spinach so good and filling too good on these nights that are below freezing out side

    1. We cooked this without draining, but you are welcome to drain off any excess fat before adding the marinara sauce if you prefer. πŸ™‚
