  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat orange juice and brown sugar, whisking constantly until sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Whisk in season salt, salt, pepper and chiles, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a glass baking dish, and pour sauce over top.
  4. Marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  5. Discard extra marinade. Grill chicken over medium heat until cooked through, turning once.
