- 1/2 cups Flour, All-Purpose
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 6 medium Garlic, Cloves
- 1/2 cups dice Onion
- 1/2 cups dice Celery
- 2 cups Beef Bone Broth/Stock

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Cut steak into equal portions according to indicated number of servings.
- Pat flour into steak on both sides.
- Heat a skillet with the vegetable oil and brown steak on both sides.
- Place cooked steaks into indicated number of baking pans.
- Put all of the remaining ingredients over the steak.
- Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 2 or more hours, until tender.
- If steak begins to dry out when cooking add beef broth or water.
