Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Place shallot, cayenne pepper, garlic cloves, ginger, tomato paste, cumin, coriander, coconut aminos, honey, chili powder, sea salt, and coconut milk in a blender or food processor and pulse until a paste forms.
- Remove innards from chicken. Rub paste over the outside of chicken. Squeeze lime juice on top and place limes and remaining paste inside chicken.
- Place chicken on a roasting pan and bake at 400 degrees for 90 minutes or until thermometer reads 180 degrees.
- Remove from oven and let cool 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
