Why would I want to freeze this?
- Taking into account the size of your food processor: Place apricots, almonds, and cashews in a food processor. Blend until they are in small pieces.
- Add eggs and sea salt. Scrape vanilla bean and add shavings. Pulse until a ball forms.
- Grease pans using coconut oil.
- Press mixture into pan.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Cut into indicated number of servings.
- Divide bars among indicated number of gallon freezer bags, label, and freeze.
