Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Taking into account the size of your food processor: Place apricots, almonds, and cashews in a food processor. Blend until they are in small pieces.
  2. Add eggs and sea salt. Scrape vanilla bean and add shavings. Pulse until a ball forms.
  3. Grease pans using coconut oil.
  4. Press mixture into pan.
  5. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool.
  7. Cut into indicated number of servings.
  8. Divide bars among indicated number of gallon freezer bags, label, and freeze.
