  • 1 tablespoon chop Rosemary, Fresh
  • 1/4 teaspoons Sage, Dried
  • 1/2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt

  2. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Stir frequently.
  3. Allow to thicken slightly. Remove from heat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chicken, applesauce, rosemary, sage, maple syrup, and sea salt.
  5. Form into rounded tablespoon balls. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
  7. Transfer meatballs into saucepan with sauce. Warm slightly, if cooled.
