- Heat coconut oil in skillet over medium high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine grated apple #1, celery, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix in honey, chicken, and cooked, crumbled bacon #1.
- Shape chicken mixture into 1/2-inch-thick sliders, using 1/8th pound of meat per slider.
- Add patties to skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Slice apple #2 horizontally to have a full circle shape "bun".
- Serve sliders on sliced apples with a strip of bacon (Bacon #2).
