Why would I want to freeze this?
- Combine dry ingredients and zest in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries.
- Fill lined muffin tins 3/4 full.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool.
- Divide among indicated number of bags. Seal, label and freeze.
