  1. In a medium size bowl, whisk together hot sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and oregano.
  2. Add steak cubes and mushrooms and mix together until coated.
  3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Alternate steak cubes and mushrooms on the skewers.
  5. Grill 5-10 minutes or until meat is cooked to your liking.
