Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a bowl, mix chicken wings, Honey #1, Hot Sauce #1, Coconut Aminos #1, Sesame Oil #1, Lime Juice #1, garlic and ginger.
- Divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags.
- In a small bowl, mix together Honey #2, Coconut Aminos #2, Sesame Oil #2, Lime Juice #2, and Hot Sauce #2.
- Divide among indicated number of pint freezer bags.
- Keep bags together. Label and freeze.
Make From Frozen Serving Day Directions
These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.
- Thaw: In fridge
- Empty bag with wings in a slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 2 hours. They should be just cooked and not fall off the bone done.
- Once cooked, place the wings on a parchment lined sheet pan and brush with half the sticky sauce.
- Broil on medium/high heat for 5 minutes until they get a little browned and sticky.
- Turn and brush the other side of the wing with the rest of the sticky sauce.
- Broil for 5 minutes or until browned.
