  • 4 individual Egg
  • 1 teaspoon mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Arrowroot
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cups cook and dice Bacon
  • 1 pound Ground Chicken
  • 2 cups grate Zucchini
  • 1/2 cups mince Onion
  • 1/4 ounces Coconut Oil
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt

  1. In a large bowl, whisk egg and garlic together. Add almond flour, arrowroot flour and baking soda until thoroughly combined.
  2. Fold in bacon, ground chicken, zucchini, and onion.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Portion out 1/8 cup of the mixture and form into small patties.
  5. Cook fritters 2-3 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Place on plate to cool and sprinkle with salt.

  4. Portion out 1/8 cup of the mixture and form into a small patty.
  5. Cook fritters 2-3 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Place on plate to cool and sprinkle with salt.
  7. Divide and place into indicated number of freezer bags. Seal removing as much air as possible, label and freeze flat.
