Why would I want to freeze this?
- Cut cod into 1 inch slices
- In a food processor combine almond flour, coconut flakes, salt, dill, garlic powder and lemon pepper.
- Pulse to a fine meal.
- Place flour mixture into shallow bowl.
- Pour olive oil into small bowl.
- Dip each fish piece in oil, then into meal.
- Place fish sticks on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
- Flash freeze.
- Once frozen, place into indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
