Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Add oats to food processor and pulse until coarsley chopped.
  2. Add peanut butter to oats and pulse.
  3. Add in honey and vanilla until the mixture holds together, but isn't sticky.
  4. Add bacon and pulse again.
  5. Form mixture into balls and place on baking sheet.
  6. Flash freeze.
  7. Once frozen, divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
