Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Roll the dough between your hands, it should be sticky. If it feels too dry then add a bit more peanut butter or honey. If it is too wet add extra oats or flaxseed.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Roll heaping tablespoons of dough into 1½-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Flash freeze.
  6. Once frozen, divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
