Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat.
  2. Spread 1 TBSP peanut butter on each tortilla, then top with banana and strawberries.
  3. Drizzle honey over the top of the fruit, then fold tortilla in half.
  4. Cook quesadillas for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Set aside to cool.
  6. Individually wrap quesadillas in plastic wrap and place into indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
