Why would I want to freeze this?
- Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat.
- Spread 1 TBSP peanut butter on each tortilla, then top with banana and strawberries.
- Drizzle honey over the top of the fruit, then fold tortilla in half.
- Cook quesadillas for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Set aside to cool.
- Individually wrap quesadillas in plastic wrap and place into indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
