Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a bowl stir together oats, chia seeds, and peanuts.
- Stir in honey and melted peanut butter and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips. If the dough is too dry, add peanut butter or honey one tablespoon at a time until moistened.
- Grease indicated number of baking pans with coconut oil.
- Press into greased baking pans and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Allow bars to cool.
- Cut into pieces, divide among indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze.
