Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a bowl stir together oats, chia seeds, and peanuts.
  2. Stir in honey and melted peanut butter and mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips. If the dough is too dry, add peanut butter or honey one tablespoon at a time until moistened.
  4. Grease indicated number of baking pans with coconut oil.
  5. Press into greased baking pans and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  6. Allow bars to cool.
  7. Cut into pieces, divide among indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze.
