- Drain pineapple, reserving the juice. Add enough water to the reserved juice to measure 2.5 cups per 24 gelatin cups and pour that into a saucepan.
- Bring juice mixture to a boil.
- Place gelatin mix in a large bowl. Pour boiling juice mixture over gelatin.
- Stir 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
- Stir in pineapple, applesauce, pecans and pear.
- Divide among paper-lined muffin cups.
- Refrigerate for 2.5 hours or until firm.
- Remove liners and serve.

Hi Amy! If you’d prefer to use plain unflavored gelatin you can use that instead of the raspberry with the same proportions. It wouldn’t be as sweet/flavorful of course!
