  • 6 ounces Raspberry Gelatin Mix
  • 12 ounces Applesauce
  • 2/3 cups chop Pecans
  • 1 cup peel and dice Pear

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving the juice. Add enough water to the reserved juice to measure 2.5 cups per 24 gelatin cups and pour that into a saucepan.
  2. Bring juice mixture to a boil.
  3. Place gelatin mix in a large bowl. Pour boiling juice mixture over gelatin.
  4. Stir 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
  5. Stir in pineapple, applesauce, pecans and pear.
  6. Divide among paper-lined muffin cups.
  7. Refrigerate for 2.5 hours or until firm.
  8. Remove liners and serve.

  9. Place on a baking sheet to flash freeze.
  10. When they are hardened, divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags and freeze.
