Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed chips with ground beef and egg.
  2. Mix lightly until ingredients are blended.
  3. Divide meat into patties using 1/4 cup meat.
  4. Indent half the number of patties in the middle and add 2 Tablespoons of cheese.
  5. Cover with a non cheese filled patty and crimp sides to seal.
  6. Season each burger with salt and pepper.
  7. Flash freeze.
  8. Once frozen, divide into indicated number of gallon bags separating each patty with waxed paper. Label and freeze.
