Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a bowl, combine crushed chips with ground beef and egg.
- Mix lightly until ingredients are blended.
- Divide meat into patties using 1/4 cup meat.
- Indent half the number of patties in the middle and add 2 Tablespoons of cheese.
- Cover with a non cheese filled patty and crimp sides to seal.
- Season each burger with salt and pepper.
- Flash freeze.
- Once frozen, divide into indicated number of gallon bags separating each patty with waxed paper. Label and freeze.
