  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 3 individual Egg
  • 1 1/4 cups dice Onion
  • 6 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, Dried
  • 1/2 teaspoons Thyme, Dried

  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Tomato Sauce #2
