Ingredients

8 servings
  • 7 ½ ounces Refrigerated Biscuit
  • 8 individual Hot Dog
  • 4 individual American Cheese, Slices

Freezer Containers

  • 1 Gallon Freezer Bag

Supplies

  • Cooking Sprays
  • Baking Sheets

Directions

Unroll biscuits, then use a rolling pin to flatten. Cut a slit lengthwise down the middle of each hot dog. Place a half slice of cheese in the slit. Place cheese-stuffed hot dogs in center of dough and roll dough around hot dog, pinching to seal. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy.

Freezing Directions

Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy. Allow to cool. Divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags. Label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Reheat in microwave about 60 seconds or until heated through.
