Why would I want to freeze this?
- Put flour, baking powder, milk and egg into a bowl. Whisk until combined.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning and pepperoni.
- Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Grease a mini muffin tin and divide the dough among the indicated number of puffs.
- Sprinkle the Monterey Jack cheese on top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, until tops are golden.
- Let cool.
