Join the discussionIs there a way to do this with already frozen green beans? In my house we almost always have the big frozen bags or organic beans from Costco, and it would be great to be able to use them for this.

For fresh green beans, it only takes 10 min to roast them? Mine are still very crispy after 15 min, tossing every 5. Not sure what step I misunderstood, but they are taking a lot longer to cook than I imagined. 🙁
Jennifer, yes, 10-15 minutes is correct for these to come out with a bit of crunch to them. You could choose to broil them next time if you want to, just watch closely, and stay on the low end of that time.
