For fresh green beans, it only takes 10 min to roast them? Mine are still very crispy after 15 min, tossing every 5. Not sure what step I misunderstood, but they are taking a lot longer to cook than I imagined. 🙁
Jennifer, yes, 10-15 minutes is correct for these to come out with a bit of crunch to them. You could choose to broil them next time if you want to, just watch closely, and stay on the low end of that time.
