  • 2 individual Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise, Light
  • 3/4 cups crush Crackers, Saltine (Square)
  • 1/2 cups dice Bell Pepper, Green
  • 1/4 cups slice Green Onion (Scallion)
