  1. In a large bowl, combine sausage, zucchini, squash, onion, carrots, olive oil, lemon pepper, and salt.
  2. Cut 12 inch foil sheets for indicated number of servings. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Divide mixture into foil sheets and wrap up tightly.
  4. Place packets on baking sheet and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
