Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Whisk together the eggs and flour until well combined. Slowly whisk in the milk.
  2. Add the ham, cheese, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Divide the mixture among the indicated number of greased baking pans.
  4. Loosely cover with foil and bake at 375F degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and cook for another 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Allow to cool.
  7. Cover tightly in foil. Label and freeze.
