Slow Cook

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Coarsely chop nori sheets.
  2. Combine chicken, soy sauce and fish sauce. Marinate 2 hours in fridge.
  3. In a slow cooker combine broth, salt, ginger, sesame oil, water, lime juice, sesame seeds, carrots, bok choy, spinach, nori and rice noodles.
  4. Cook on low for 2 hours.
  5. After marinating chicken, grill or pan fry chicken until cooked through.
  6. Cut into bite sized pieces.
  7. Add chicken to slow cooker mixture and serve.
