- 1 1/2 cups cook Ground Beef
- 10 1/2 ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 12 ounces Corn, Frozen
- 2 cups peel, cook, and mash Yukon Gold Potato
- 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

- Mix browned meat with soup then season with salt, pepper, garlic power and onion powder.
- Layer meat mixture in the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish.
- Top with corn.
- Spoon potatoes on top of meat and corn, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are slightly brown and cheese is bubbly.
