- 1 1/2 pounds Pork Roast
- 1/2 cups Orange Juice
- 1/4 cups juice Lime
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons seed and dice Jalapeño
- 3 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper

- 12 individual Tostada Shells
- 1 1/2 cups chop Lettuce, Leaf
- 1 1/2 cups dice Tomato
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Add pork roast, orange juice, lime juice, water, jalapeno, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper to slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove pork and shred.
- Serve pork on top of tostadas and garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
